We are looking for a creative Social Media & Video Content Creator to tell the Kod2Kids story: kids building robots, coding games, and experiments that light up a child’s face.
You will run our Instagram, YouTube (@kod2kids_robotics), Facebook and LinkedIn, and produce short videos that parents share and schools notice.

About Kod2Kids
Kod2Kids teaches Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence and STEAM to school students from Class 1 to 12. We run live online classes (1:1 and small batches), in-school programs with partner schools, and we make our own hands-on robotics kits and class-wise activity books. Our learning is project-based and aligned with NEP 2020: students build real projects such as smart street lights, line-following robots, IoT devices and games, and showcase them on our Student Showcase.

Role Overview
As Social Media & Video Content Creator you will plan the content calendar, shoot and edit Reels/Shorts and longer YouTube videos (with trainers and students), design simple posts, write captions, and grow our community.
You will coordinate with trainers for class clips, with the content team for experiment videos, and with marketing for campaign creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Video Content
- Script, shoot and edit short videos: experiment demos, student projects, class moments, kit unboxings, tips for parents.
- Edit longer YouTube videos and tutorials with the trainers.
- Maintain a simple brand style for thumbnails, captions and music.
Social Media Management
- Plan and publish a weekly calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Write engaging captions in English and Hinglish; reply to comments and DMs.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth and share monthly insights.
Collaboration
- Collect student project videos for the Student Showcase with parent consent.
- Create creatives for ads, demo campaigns and school presentations with the designer.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Portfolio of Reels/Shorts or YouTube videos you have made (please share links).
- Hands-on with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar; Canva for posts.
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing and trends; comfortable on camera when needed.
- Fluent English and Hindi; clean captions and spelling.
- Own smartphone/camera and laptop for editing.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
- Content for EdTech, kids, parenting or education creators.
- Running a YouTube channel or Instagram page with real growth.
- Basic motion graphics, animation or sound design.
- Photography and lighting basics.

- Views, reach and follower growth across platforms.
- Number of videos published on schedule each month.
- Leads and demo bookings attributed to social content.
- Quality and consistency of the brand look.
