About Kod2Kids
Kod2Kids teaches Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence and STEAM to school students from Class 1 to 12. We run live online classes (1:1 and small batches), in-school programs with partner schools, and we make our own hands-on robotics kits and class-wise activity books. Our learning is project-based and aligned with NEP 2020: students build real projects such as smart street lights, line-following robots, IoT devices and games, and showcase them on our Student Showcase.

Role Overview
You will own the daily flow from order to delivery: picking and packing kits and books, quality-checking components, booking couriers, updating order status and invoices, and keeping stock accurate in our inventory portal.
You will coordinate with the school partnerships team for bulk orders and with support for returns or replacements.
Key Responsibilities
Kit Assembly and Quality
- Assemble robotics kits as per the bill of materials; test components (LEDs, motors, sensors, boards).
- Maintain packing standards, labels and instruction leaflets for every kit.
Orders and Dispatch
- Process daily WooCommerce and bulk orders; pack, book couriers and update tracking/Shipped status.
- Prepare invoices and COD reconciliation with accounts.
- Handle returns, replacements and damaged-in-transit cases.
Inventory
- Update stock in the components inventory portal; raise purchase requests before stock runs low.
- Receive and check supplier deliveries; keep the store organised.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 12th pass or graduate; comfortable with basic computer work (orders, spreadsheets, courier portals).
- 1+ year in e-commerce operations, dispatch, inventory or retail store work.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow checklists accurately.
- Basic understanding of electronics components is a plus (training provided).
- Hindi and basic English.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
- Working with courier aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, India Post).
- Assembling electronics or educational kits.
- Managing stock in a small warehouse or store.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Orders dispatched within 24 hours and error-free packing.
- Inventory accuracy and timely reordering.
- Low returns/replacements due to packing or missing parts.
