Key Responsibilities
- Teach Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence and STEM concepts to school students.
- Conduct practical classes using Arduino, sensors, motors and robotics kits.
- Help students design, build, test and troubleshoot robotics projects.
- Explain technical concepts through simple and engaging classroom activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, project activities, assessments and student-progress reports.
- Train students for robotics competitions, exhibitions and school events.
- Maintain robotics lab equipment, electronic components and project materials.
- Coordinate class schedules with teachers and school management.
- Travel to Kod2Kids partner schools in Gurugram and nearby areas when required.
Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Arduino, sensors, motors and basic electronics.
- Understanding of robotics, automation and STEM projects.
- Basic knowledge of Scratch, Python, C/C++ or another programming language.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic robotics and electronics projects.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical topics in a simple and engaging manner.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel to partner schools.
Educational Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications may apply:
- B.Tech or B.E.
- BCA or MCA
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science or Engineering
- Another relevant technical qualification
Candidates with previous experience as a Robotics Trainer, Coding Trainer, STEM Trainer or school teacher will be preferred. Technically capable freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
