STEM, STEAM & innovation labs, explained
What is a STEM education programme for schools?
A STEM programme replaces passive learning with weekly hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering and maths. Students build models, run experiments and code devices, and see how classroom concepts work in real life. Kod2Kids provides the curriculum, materials, instructors and reports as one package.
STEAM lab setup for schools
A STEAM lab is a flexible room with work tables, storage, electronics and robotics kits, craft and design materials and display areas. We design the layout, supply equipment, train teachers and provide lesson plans so the lab is used every week, not only on exhibition days.
Electronics lab for schools
An electronics lab gives students safe, low-voltage components, breadboards, multimeters, sensors and microcontrollers. It supports physics topics, robotics and ATL-style projects. We provide equipment lists, safety guidelines and grade-wise activities.
School innovation lab setup
An innovation lab adds prototyping tools, optional 3D printing and a problem-solving curriculum where students identify a real problem and build a solution. It is ideal for exhibitions, competitions and the school’s innovation profile.
How it works
A simple, proven process for schools of every size.
Discovery call
Share your grades, student count, infrastructure and goals. We suggest the right model.
Proposal & sample session
You receive a proposal, curriculum outline and pricing, plus a free sample session for students or management.
Setup & launch
Kits, books and material arrive, trainers are deployed and the timetable is agreed with your academic team.
Deliver & report
Weekly sessions, projects, exhibitions and term reports. Renewal and expansion are planned together.
Projects your students will build
Real, working projects, not just theory.

Frequently asked questions
What principals and coordinators ask us.
What is the difference between a STEM programme and a STEAM lab?
The programme is the weekly curriculum and teaching. The lab is the space and equipment. Schools can start with the programme and add the lab later.
Do we need a separate room?
Not to start. Classes can run in regular classrooms with kits. A dedicated lab can be set up later.
What does an electronics lab for schools include?
Breadboards, components, sensors, motors, microcontrollers, multimeters, tools, storage and safety guidelines.
Who teaches the STEM classes?
Kod2Kids instructors, your trained teachers, or both.
How long does an innovation lab setup take?
Usually four to eight weeks from approval.
How is it priced?
Programme pricing is per student per year; lab setup is a one-time cost. Request a proposal for exact figures.
